Gino Miodragovic, Head Chef
This winter, Gino Miodragovic is the new head chef in charge of the show kitchen at the two Michelin-starred IGNIV by Andreas Caminada in St. Moritz. Together with his brigade of around 15, the 31-year-old from Aargau is responsible for the fine-dining sharing experience in the "Gourmetnest". For Gino, the IGNIV at Badrutt's Palace is a revival: he was already part of the opening brigade in the first winter season in 2016.
Gino Miodragovic started his culinary career in 2006. After his chef training at the "Central" in Niederrohrdorf and various further training courses, he worked at the "Meridiano" in Bern with Markus Arnold from 2011. Before joining Andreas Caminada's talent factory at the castle in 2015, he was head chef at the Steinhalle restaurant in Bern and cooked for a few months in the Netherlands alongside
